Welcome to Core Harbor Base (“we,” “our,” or “the Consultancy”), accessible via core-harborbase.click. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to our website and the provision of our mobile storefront conversion advisory, diagnostic audits, and consulting deliverables.

By accessing our website or commissioning an advisory engagement, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our related operational policies.

1. Advisory & Diagnostic Services

Core Harbor Base provides independent mobile application store conversion rate optimization (CRO) advisory, Custom Product Page (CPP) architecture planning, storefront creative diagnostics, and experimentation consulting.

• Advisory Nature: All deliverables, reports, and recommendations represent our professional assessment based on industry expertise and the data provided by the client. We do not guarantee specific algorithmic placement or third-party platform approval by Apple Inc. or Google LLC.
• Engagement Scopes: Specific timelines, deliverables, and fees for audits or retainers are defined in individual written project briefs and confirmed invoices.

2. Client Responsibilities & Data Provision

To facilitate accurate diagnostic audits, clients agree to provide accurate, timely access to required store telemetry, including:

• Read-only access or exported reports from App Store Connect or Google Play Console.
• High-resolution design assets, style guidelines, and historical test records.
• Timely participation in scheduled review calls and feedback milestones.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• Consultancy Materials: Core Harbor Base retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in its proprietary diagnostic frameworks, evaluation matrices, scoring templates, and general methodologies.
• Client Deliverables: Upon full settlement of applicable engagement fees, the client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to utilize, implement, adapt, and share the customized written diagnostic dossier, copy directives, and wireframe blueprints created specifically for their application.
• Client Confidential Information: All client store analytics, financial metrics, and proprietary app concepts remain the exclusive property of the client and are protected under strict confidentiality obligations.

4. Payment Terms & Billing

• Fixed Fee Engagements: Fixed-price diagnostic audits require a 50% deposit upon project scheduling, with the remaining 50% balance due upon delivery of the final diagnostic dossier.
• Retainer Services: Ongoing advisory retainers are billed monthly in advance.
• Taxes & Currency: All fees are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Core Harbor Base shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to our advisory services.
• Our aggregate cumulative liability arising from any engagement shall be strictly limited to the total fees actually paid by the client to Core Harbor Base for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the preceding six (6) months.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand (TH), without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal dispute or claim arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued engagement with our services following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
